Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Almond Flour
- 1 Cup of Brown Rice Flour
- 1 Cup of Tapioca Flour
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- ¾ Cup of Raisins
- 3 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds
- 4 Tablespoons of SoCo Tahini (Artisanal or Date)
- ¼ Cup of Dairy Free Yogurt
- ¼ Cup of Vegan Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Agave
Directions
- Whisk the flours, baking soda, baking powder, raisins, and caraway seeds in a medium mixing bowl to combine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Roll the dough into balls and flatten slightly onto a silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and allow them to cool a few minutes before lifting them off the baking sheet.
