Ingredients
pasta of choice
whole carrots
@seedsofcollaboration tahini + pesto
salt & olive oil
Directions
- cook pasta as usual & drain
- shred carrots into “ribbons” with a peeler
- sauté carrots with a little olive oil & salt
- add pasta and desired amount of tahini pesto to carrots and stir until well-combined and heated through
