Grilled cauliflowersteak with herbed tahini
Coat the grill or grill pan with a heat stable fat. I chose avocado oil but ghee works well too.
While the oil is heating, prep the cauliflower by chopping it into steaks, about 1 inch thick!
Coat the cauliflower in some avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the cauliflower into the prepared pan and grill on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes on one side.
Then flip over and grill another 8-10 minutes on the other side, or until the steaks are tender yet crispy!
Lastly, add on some fresh chopped parsley, drizzle on some tahini and serve immediately.
