Golden Protein Latte

We had a hard time getting into the turmeric latte trend, but once we created this recipe it's been a daily hot indulgence in our office.Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years and it's mainly used for muscle and joint pain, breathing issues, fatigue, digestive issues, as it's known to have anti-inflammatory properties. In recent years, research also suggests that turmeric is a potent antioxidant with antimicrobial and anticancer effects.


1 cup of oat milk or almond milk (or any plant milk)

1 tsp. ground turmeric root powder

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1/2 tsp. ground cardamon

1 tbsp. of SoCo Tahini

Sweetener option: 1 tsp of honey/ maple syrup or stevia



In a small pot over the stove, heat and whisk all ingredients together on medium heat until smooth and hot.

You can also put all ingredients in 1/3 of hot water and then steam or warm the milk and then whisk in all the ingredients using a whisk or a frother.
