GINGERBREAD CHEESECAKE CUPS
Does anyone make gingerbread houses? If you do, do you eat them eventually? Purely artwork?. Check out this yummy recipe by Chef Abby Marie
3/4 c Oats
1/3 c SoCo Tahini
1/4 c Sticky Sweetener
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp Gingerbread Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 c Coconut Cream or Milk (full fat)
1 Banana & Cinnamon Whole Plant Smoothie
Combine oats, sweetener, nut butter, coconut oil and spices.
Spread into base layer of a muffin tin cups as base.
Combine coconut cream and smoothie and top off into cups as the filling.
Freeze for about one hour!
