This beautiful little bowl is filled with puffed quinoa, fresh raspberries, orange slices and banana balls - the perfect kickstarter for those gloomy Monday mornings.
Time: 15 minutes. Serves: 1.
35 g of millet flakes
130 grams of mashed sweet potato
60 ml of coconut milk
60 ml of water
240 ml of almond milk
1 tbsp of SoCo Tahini
1/2 of a grated apple
A little fresh ginger
A pinch of salt
1. Add all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, and then let simmer until you have your desired consistency.
3. Enjoy the morning.
