Creamy Sweet Potato Millet Porridge

A bowl filled with quinoa, raspberries, orange slices, banana balls and tahini

This beautiful little bowl is filled with puffed quinoa, fresh raspberries, orange slices, banana balls and of course, Tahini. It's the perfect kickstarter for those gloomy Monday mornings.

Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 1


35 g of millet flakes

130 grams of mashed sweet potato

60 ml of coconut milk

60 ml of water

240 ml of almond milk

1 tbsp of SoCoTahini

1/2 of a grated apple

A little fresh ginger

A pinch of salt


1. Add all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil, and then let simmer until you have your desired consistency.

3. Enjoy the morning.
