Ingredients
- 1.5 spiralized cucumbers
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1/3 chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/2 package Lightlife teriyaki tempeh cubes
- 1 lime juiced
- And of course… 2 tbsp SoCo tahini
Directions
Combine in a bowl and mix.
