Ingredients
1 banana
1 apple or pear
1/2 cup or 1 large handful of spinach
1/2 cup or 1 large handful of kale
3 tablespoons of SoCo Tahini
1 teaspoon of spirulina
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seed hearts
1 cup of plant-based milk (almond or oat) or water
* Optional: Frozen Acai (50 gram)
** If you want to make it sweeter you can use 1 date or 1 teaspoon of dates syrup (Silan) or honey
Instructions
1. Wash produce and chop the apple or pear into small, blend-able pieces
2. Place all ingredients in a blender
3. Blend, pour and enjoy!
