Looking for a healthy boost? This superfood smoothie has you covered. Loaded with all the best superfoods; including spirulina, hemp seeds, chia seeds and tahini. It will give you a natural glow and sustained energy throughout the day. Full of omega-3, protein and nutrients- that help boosts your memory, improve digestion and support heart health.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple or pear
- 1/2 cup or 1 large handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup or 1 large handful of kale

3 tablespoons of SoCo Tahini
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seed hearts
- 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond or oat) or water
- * Optional: Frozen Acai (50 gram)
Directions
Wash produce and chop the apple or pear into small, blend-able pieces
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend, pour and enjoy!
Recipe Note
If you want to make it sweeter you can use 1 date or 1 teaspoon of dates syrup (Silan) or honey
