Healthy Banana, Blueberry, Tahini & Dates Smoothie Recipe
Brighten your day with a deliciously nutritious blueberry, tahini, and banana smoothie. Rich, fruity and smooth—5 ingredients and 5 minutes prep time and you can enjoy
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of blueberries
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ a cup of Almond Milk or Oat milk
- Insert all ingredients into a blender together and blend for 4 minutes.
- Add more or less water depending on how thick or smooth you like your smoothies.
- Place a few blueberries on top and a dash of cinnamon or sesame seed, and enjoy!
