Brighten your day with a deliciously nutritious blueberry, tahini, and banana smoothie. Rich, fruity and smooth—5 ingredients and 5 minutes prep time and you can enjoy

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Servings:1 person


1 banana

1 handful of blueberries

2 tablespoons of SoCo Tahini & Dates

¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

½ a cup of Almond Milk or Oat milk


1. Place all ingredients into a blender together, and blend for 4 minutes.

2. Add more or less water depending on how thick or smooth you like your smoothies.

3. Place a few blueberries on top and a dash of cinnamon or sesame seed, and enjoy!
