Smoothie Pick-Me-Up

Brighten your day with a deliciously nutritious blueberry, tahini, and banana smoothie. Rich, fruity and smooth—5 ingredients and 5 minutes prep time and you can enjoy

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Servings:1 person


  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of SoCo Tahini & Dates
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ a cup of Almond Milk or Oat milk


  1. Insert all ingredients into a blender together and blend for 4 minutes.
  2. Add more or less water depending on how thick or smooth you like your smoothies.
  3. Place a few blueberries on top and a dash of cinnamon or sesame seed, and enjoy!
