Introducing our new obsession - Hot Chocolate with Tahini. Use our artisanal tahini or tahini & Dates. They both add a velvety smooth richness that will take your winter hot cocoa to the next level.
Ingredients
200 ml plant based milk
1 Tbsp SoCo Tahini & Dates
2 Tbsp cacao powder
2-3 Squares of dark chocolate (70-90%)
Pinch salt
1-2 Tbsp cacao butter
Directions
As the milk starts to create some bubbles turn off the heat.
Add milk, tahini, cacao powder and maple syrup to a pan
As the milk starts to create some bubbles turn off the heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend with a stick blender (or blender) until thick and creamy. Taste, add extra sweetness to taste.
