1 tablespoon of SoCo tahini
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1/2 teaspoon of spirulina
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean extract
1/4 -1/2 of a cup of plant based milk *For thicker smoothies, use less liquid.
Blend all of the ingredients together.
Place into a bowl with your desired toppings.
