When does Tahini expire?
It can last up to 6 months after opening. We recommend that you either keep the jar in a cool and dark place or refrigerate the jar once it’s opened if you live in warm weather. It will keep the product safe and maintain the consistency of the paste. If you noticed natural oil gathering on the top, which is very normal, just shake and stir, it should be good as new.
