Make this once, and you’ll want to use it on roasted vegetables year-round.
1 jar (13.4 oz) of SoCo tahini
1 cup (250g) of peeled chestnuts (alternatively ready to use roasted chestnuts)
3 squeezed oranges or ½ cup of fresh orange juice
10 oz of ice water
1 tsp. Sumac spice
Salt only if needed (we prefer it without any salt)
Put all of the ingredients together in a food processor. Blend for 1-2 min or until it is completely smooth. Enjoy!
