Ingredients
1 jar SoCo Artisanal Tahini
4 carrots
1/2 butternut squash
1 onion
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup orange lentils
1 teaspoon salt (we use pink salt)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup olive oil4 cups water
Directions
Peel all veggies and grate. We process in a food processor
Wash rice, quinoa and lentils
Heat oil in a med. size pan
Saute grated veggies for about 3 minutes
Add salt and turmeric, stir in
Add rice, quinoa and lentils stir for ~2 minute making sure everything is well coated
Add water
Bring to a boil
Lower flame to minimum and cover
Cook for 18 minutes
